What should I do after receiving my new espresso machine?

Please read the Quick Start Guide. Before first use, fill the tank and run a cycle without coffee to flush and preheat.

Why is the brewed coffee not hot enough?

Preheat the brew head with a blank shot and use a preheated cup. The 1350W system needs only 30-40s to warm up.

Why is the espresso under-extracted or over-extracted?

Under-extracted? Grind finer and increase dose. Over-extracted? Grind coarser and reduce dose. Aim for 25-45s extraction.

Why is the machine noisy and the cup shifts due to vibration?

Normal for the 20 Bar pump. Place on a flat surface and use the anti-slip silicone pad to prevent cup shifting.

Why is the machine leaking from the bottom?

Check if the drip tray is full. If the leak persists, stop using it immediately and contact after-sales service. Do not disassemble.
